How do I get Vibrant Blonde hair? (anything, even home remedies)?

My hair is natural blonde, but losing it's color. (no I am not old)

How do I get Vibrant Blonde hair? (anything, even home remedies)?

You have the option of bleaching. I would suggest using this product by Jerome Russell. You can buy this at most any drugstore. You buy the cream peroxide, this comes in a bottle and then you buy the powder bleach, this comes in a packet. Mix equal parts of both together and then apply wearing gloves. (You can only use a plastic or glass bowl to mix this in, everything else would get ruined. Also use a plastic spoon to mix it.) Leave it on your hair until it looks a bit lighter, (bcuz your hair is naturally blonde this shouldnt take long.) rinse out the bleach preferably in the shower, do not shampoo. Use a generous amount of conditioner, leave it in your hair and wrap a warm damp towel around your hair. Leave it on for about 3-5 min. Now rinse out your hair, towel dry, then style as usual. your hair will be soft regardless of the damging bleach(the conditioning soak is the secret to this result)If your end result is too light, and you want your hair a bit more golden go to a drugstore and get hair dye that is the color of you desired outcome. Because you bleached your hair, it will turn out like you want it. Hope that helps!

you need to get shampoo and conditioners made for blonde hair. There are several on the market, Pantene, Sauve, John Fedria(sp?). These do work to restore the luster back to your blonde hair.

I have natural platium blonde hair and understand what you are saying. I have used all of the above. I like the Sauve as it is cheaper. It will take a week or 2 of using them before you see a big difference. But you will see it.

Find a reputable colorist and explain what you want. If you have pictures of the color your hair was when you liked the color, show them that.

I don't recommend that you bleach your hair yourself because you can overprocess it easily.

A good colorist will sit down and listen and decide what needs to be down.

You might just need a Cellophane by Sebastian (glossing) semipermanent type of color. That lasts four to six weeks because it washes out over time.

A subtle highlight with foil might be what you need. A colorist can give you more options.

Do they sell non-permanent blonde hair dye?

do they sell non-permanent blonde hair dye? have u ever seen it? if so where?

Do they sell non-permanent blonde hair dye?

They do have semi permanent blondes.

Except your hair has to be lighter than the colour you buy, as semi permanent can't lighten, they're just colours that deposit tone.

For example. You can buy a colour called Champagne Gold, this colour, applied to platinum blonde hair, turns out a beautiful beige-gold colour.

To answer your question, yes you can, but they cant go on hair darker than the colour in the tube.

Do they sell non-permanent blonde hair dye?

no, if your hair is dark, you will have to "bleach" it

Do they sell non-permanent blonde hair dye?

Yes, you can buy it at most stores and at Sally's beauty supply. the problem is you have to have blonde hair for the non permanent to work. If you have brown hair it has to bleach it to make it blonde and that is never temporary. See? So, you'll need permanent for it to work. Otherwise it just makes the hair a little lighter, maybe and not worth the time it takes. You need the permanent to work. Mostly you need the lightest you can buy if your hair is dark. then make sure to condition it very well and use blonde shampoo every week or two to keep it from turning brassy. Good luck.

Best colors to wear with blonde hair?

Honestly i think you are too pretty to dye your hair an unnatural color it will distract away from you face. i think blonde suits you perfectly and you do not look like a person to have multi colored hair......but....lol.....pink is a great color...but with blonde hair it would stand ot too strongly.....maybe a orangey red or creamy yellow. something to make your natural hair stand out

Best colors to wear with blonde hair?

Best colors for what? Make up? Clothes?

I personally stay away from black as a whole. Sure its classy and all that... but it tends to wash you out. So does stark white... Unless you have a tan white isnt that flattering in my opinion. Pale yellow can look gross too.

Im personally over a lot of hunter green, rusty red, or navy blues. BORING!

I say the best thing to do is experiment.

But personally I say stay away from anything that makes you look like you are in the morgue or cirque de soile.

Best colors to wear with blonde hair?

Best colors to wear with blonde hair?

I think that you choose a great color for your complexion. Blonds are all so different. Some are winters and some are autumns and summers. I am a winter but my grandmother is a summer. I cannot wear yellow at all but she looks great in it.

Best colors to wear with blonde hair?

PINK! def pink!

Best colors to wear with blonde hair?

The colors you should always stay away from are red, green, and orange. The best colors on a blonde would be pink, turquoise, and grey. These colors are not dramatic with blonde hair and light colored skin! If you try the colors I listed, You will definitely agree!

How long does Cherry Kool-Aid last in blonde hair?

I'm dying my hair with Cherry Kool-Aid tomorrow, and I was wondering how long it would last. I have light blonde, like the color light blonde shown here: http://www.bodyofgrace.com/art/Herbavita... .

This is the method I'm going to use: http://www.wikihow.com/Dye-Your-Hair-Usi...

Thanks, Hayley.

How long does Cherry Kool-Aid last in blonde hair?

Whoa don't do it!! I used the dark green Kool-Aid on the tips of my hair for an event a long time ago and it never went away. Yes, it will fade but you'll be stuck with pale pink hair (in my case pale green).

It will stain your hair because it's light and the dye is not.

Maybe try one of those temporary dye kits? Good luck!!

How long does Cherry Kool-Aid last in blonde hair?

Actually, it will most likely stain it, since it's so light, and never wash out. If you want pale pink hair forever...go for it.

How long does Cherry Kool-Aid last in blonde hair?

It will wash out when you wash the next washing of your hair. I would suggest washing it twice so th color won't stay. Red is one of the harder color to get out but it will come.

How long does Cherry Kool-Aid last in blonde hair?

If you want to dye your hair at least get some real wash out dye.

Why use some cheap tacky koolaid method when you can get washable hair dye from lorel or other good brands for only 10 or so dollars. This is your HAIR your talking about! If you mess it up now it might never look the same as it did before

I am thinking of bleaching my hair....not platinum, but to a golden blonde color.?

My sister is a colorist, and says she is worried that I will not like the result. I already have dirty blonde hair, so the bleach should not have to sit long, but she is afraid that I will not be happy with the state the bleach leaves my hair in. ( I am used to silky shiny hair naturally). For any professionals out there: will conditioning treatments repair my hair so that it remains silky or is bleach just a bad idea?

I am thinking of bleaching my hair....not platinum, but to a golden blonde color.?

Bleaches usually contain amonia, but there are some less effective ones that are amonia free. Amonia will seriously deplete your hair of its natural health. There are shampoos and conditioners that can help (Pantene ProV restoratives line, there is time renewal, color treated, anti frizz, and relaxed and natural *for women of color*) all these work, but they do not restore natural smoothness... and it is not a permanent fix. Pantene is thusly named because it is packed with panthenol, which is in lamen's terms a sort of plastic (loosely used term...) or silicone that fills the cracks of your damaged hair. if you go for a time without using a panthenol, or silicone, enhanced shampoo and conditioner the damage will return. Bleaching your hair will damage it, but not unmanageably (you will notice a difference, though). The use of restorative or repairing shampoos will help. why not comprimise with your sister and get some highlights in some of the darker areas of your hair just to see what you think. if you don't like it i'm sure your sister knows a stylist (or perhaps is one) that can thin the damaged hair out without leaving your hair gapped. and if you do like it, then you can continue to highlight it gradually until you like the shade. I realise drastic changes are more fun and offer instant gratification (unless you hate them) but patience, especially in situations such as this, is definately a virtue.

having said that, it is possible to still have heathly looking smooth hair after coloring, but it will be more prone to damage, even with the shampoos, and maintanence will be more necessary, and you should take care when styling.

hope this helped...

I am thinking of bleaching my hair....not platinum, but to a golden blonde color.?

I bleached my hair some time ago. Now my hair is all well, not nice. It's like your hair is an Ok color. (They never turn out how you want them.) but it totally screws up your hair.

I am thinking of bleaching my hair....not platinum, but to a golden blonde color.?

I thiink bleach iis a bad idea girl.

I am thinking of bleaching my hair....not platinum, but to a golden blonde color.?

I think bleach is a bad idea. It can be very harsh on the hair but since your hair is already a dirty blonde you might not have to go with a bleach. You could go with a blonde hair color and just use a higher volume of developer. You would of course still have to do conditioning treatments to maintain the condition of the hair.

I am thinking of bleaching my hair....not platinum, but to a golden blonde color.?

DO NOT BLEACH YOUR HAIR!

it will ruin it, %26amp; it will never be the same.

please, dont ruin your hair, just dye it.

I am thinking of bleaching my hair....not platinum, but to a golden blonde color.?

It will for sure change the elasticity and texture like you sis said. But that doesn't stop other people from doing it all the time. You should just try foiling highlights all over. The color contrast would look good with you darker blond hair. I think a contrast looks way better than an all over color. Good luck.

Why do people think platinum blonde hair looks tacky??

I lovee Platinum Blonde Hair And I Am Gonna Get It Done Once I Have Timee To Go! But Everyone Is Telling Me Not To Because It Looks Slutty %26amp;%26amp; Tacky!! I Do not Think It Does At All I Think Its Stunning! What Do Yoo Guyz Think?? And Whyy

Thanks x

Why do people think platinum blonde hair looks tacky??

It's only tacky if you have very long hair, because it looks like you're trying to be overtly sexual by mimcing a porn star. I'm not joking. It's the hair equivalent to "she's trying too hard."

For shorter hair it can look amazing :)

Why do people think platinum blonde hair looks tacky??

they think it looks tacky because it is tacky

Why do people think platinum blonde hair looks tacky??

It is just the trend for now. It comes and goes. Right now, no it is not "in". The natural look is more in style for now. I used to have that look but have changed it to add some highlights and lowlights now. My mom keeps her hair platinum and it looks great on her, but her hair is very short and she is 65 too. However, it is your head and if you like it, do what you want to do with it. But if you are concerned about the latest fashions, get with a good stylist for some color work.

Why do people think platinum blonde hair looks tacky??

Yes, if you have brown eyes and regular skin, it looks totally fake. I think everyone ought to keep their natural color. Mine's a natural golden tinted color. Christina Aguilera can get her whitish-blond hair and pass with it because of her naturally baby blue eyes and beautiful tan skin.

So I vote - stick with your au la natural!

Why do people think platinum blonde hair looks tacky??

depends on the person..if its done right it looks nice..if its orange it looks like ****

Why do people think platinum blonde hair looks tacky??

In salon we call this color "Prada Blond" because it is very expensive and high maintenance. If you have it done well and maintain it properly then more power to you. Unfortunately a lot of woman attempt this at home! They never really achieve the "platinum" and of course they don't keep up on the regrowth. Tacky! Best of luck.
