I am naturally bleach blonde, and I have very light eyebrows (almost invisible) and I want to dye my hair bright red like Gaara's from Naruto, anyway I would like to know what type of dye to use, how much it would cost, and how do I dye it without makeing my eyebrows look misplaced. Please help.

Manic panic red, or Punky colour red.
That would be very bright and semi permanent, but they're about ten dollars for the bottle.

Dye your hair red and Just use an eyebrow pencil to help darken your eyebrows :]
