Could I pull off light blonde hair?

I don't have any pictures at the moment.

But, I can describe myself to you...

I wear MAC n4 foundation, classic ivory in Physicians Formula, and classic ivory in covergirl. So, my skin is fairly light. I have hazel eyes, and naturally medium brown hair.

If I wax my eyebrows so they're thinner (therefore look somewhat lighter), could I pull off light blonde hair?

it depends on how dark ur eyebrows are. if your eyebrows are medium brown it might look weird. you can dye them too tho. upload pics maybe and it would help.

it sounds like you have pretty light colored skin, i would suggest sticking with the medium brown that you have and just adding some warm caramel and blonde highlights!

I think that dirty blonde might be a better choice. I have about the same skin tone ask you, and I look really good with my natural dirty blonde hair. Try dying your hair a dark blonde, then adding a bunch of different streaks, but not placed perfectly next to eachother, ask your hair dresser to make it look natural.

I would think that you should add some lighter highlights if you want (red might look cool) but totally blond would look odd with your eyebrows

You're, um, going for a... SLEEZE rock look? Interesting. Not sure if that's the image you want to to PROJECT, but whatever floats your boat... (as long as its legal, like the greats say). I like how when you described yourself you described your makeup... but it sounds okay-- i don't recommend the roots thing. I know what you're going for, but it'll just look cheap. And not in a good way (IS there a good cheap??).

Get some layers at the front and go blonddddeee allll theee wayyyy... !!

Your skin tone tells me you can but since you are fair you will not have very much contrast so you eyes will not stand out. It is hard to say. I have some pictures of some women who at times can be fair skinned and you should be able to determine what you want to do.

i'm sure it'll look fine. if sleaze is what you are going for, I doubt your skin tone will matter.
