naturally i have black hair but i wanted to know if i can gentically change my hair color to blonde.

But why would you wish to have blonde hair instead of, say, longer legs, or more muscular arms...or deeper volume of breath in the lungs...or an immunity to diseases. With the total understanding of genetics the possibilities are endless. you can get high lights though.. and keep highlighting until you get blonde hair.. i recommend getting it professionally done .... "at home" products can be a nightmare
