Ashley the real housewives hair -- or blonde hairstyling?

I have a problem how to style my hair, i have long blonde hair, down to the beginning of my butt,. and i dunno how to style it. I wish i knew a way to style it like Ahsley on the real housewives of orange county. but havent been able to find any pictures or styles of hers. (I work in an office so it needs to look profesional)

i like the big fluffy on top, i just dunno what to do with it. Any ideas? Thank you!!(ps, pictures enclosed = 10 points)

First you should get a bit but off, like an inch. It wont do too noticeable and it will help you style it. You will need to get some longer layers in your hair as well. Get a few lowlights and highlights. After all that is done, use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner. When your hair is damp you can either run a curly product into your hair to make soft waves or you can wait and flat iron it. She usually flat irons it. I don't know what you mean by fluffy on the top, she doesn't have that, unless she curls it. You have to remember that Ashley has a weave and extensions in her hair so you wont ever have hair that looks exactly like hers unless you get that.

layer it and lowlight it. if you get a good stylist, they should be able to make it pouf on the top and fall around your shoulders. also you could do a side part and get some bangs to frame your face.
