My hair has two large waves in it. It's blonde on the top layer but turns light brown where the sun doesn't touch it. I don't want to dye it or cut it to short, please help, i need ideas!

Wow. Sounds kinda like my hair. I got my hair cut a few inches past my shoulders in layers with long bange that id wear to the side of my face. It looked really good on me. You could try something like that.

Well, it sounds like you have a beatiful lenght. So, maybe you should got the salon and get more layers starting at the bottom of your ear lobes. And then straighten your hair, and curl the ends so they flip out.

I have the same hair but i have bangs that i part to my right side of my head. but i also do a comb over and pull all my other hair into a side ponytail and take the bangs or stuff i cant fit in the ponytail pop it up so i looks like an old air force hat and hair spray it like that all the guys i know like it because it brings out some funky yet fresh personalties or you could curl it or straighten it what ever you do my style curl it straighten it or something else i hope your happy!
