I have short blonde hair and I am trying to figure out what to be for halloween. I want to be a cartoon character or someone that people are going to recognize (not marilyn monroe-that was last year). I need some good ideas! :)

Im not sure what costume you could wear but with your hair you could backcomb it and put it in a beehive. Basically just backcomb the first front half of your hair then pull it down and gently brush the tops smooth. there is a video on youtubbe showing how to do it if you type in amy winehouse in the search box.
